Description

406 Nautica is a self-catering holiday apartment located in the coastal area of Strand and boasts a partial sea view from the balcony. It could be an ideal option for a family getaway as it is within walking distance from Strand Beach.

This fourth-floor apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen Smart TV with selected DStv channels and Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding door, there is a quaint balcony with seating where guests can enjoy either a morning coffee or a sundowner while admiring the views. Communal braai facilities are available for guests' use. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property and the apartment is accessible via an elevator.
