46 Park Street is situated in Greyton, Western Cape, close to the main road and other amenities. A rustic cottage against the slopes of the reserve. There are spectacular views of the mountains, and the back garden provides a panoramic view of the countryside around this beautiful town.
The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The loft features a single sleeper couch with a TV, making it the perfect space for kids to play their favourite games or simply an extra sleeping area.
The open-plan living area offers a modern kitchen fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a coffee machine. The dining table can seat 8 guests and leads to the lounge area that is furnished with comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a fireplace leading out onto the porch that offers outdoor furniture.
The braai facilities are located in the backyard with a bench and great mountain views.
The back garden is quite steep as it is part of the sloped terrain behind the house. There are many small paths to explore as you enjoy the views from above the house. There is also a large round fire pit to enjoy as you look at the views or the night sky.
