It was comfortable and relaxing, we had a great stay. Our stay was great, comfortable and relaxing, would definitely go again.

Mediocre. It was a struggle to get to the apartment. There was no sign that said block 'A' that we had to look for. We were going around in circles for almost 30 minutes. And the YouTube video is not helping because it shows block 'A' and there wasn't any. The water was cold! I was so disappointed. We had to go book somewhere else to shower. But the room inside doesn't look that bad. Just the checking in and the cold water.

Horrible and filthy unit. Wouldn't recommend. Unprofessional service with a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. No urgency in getting help for any of the issues experienced. No place to store clothes, extremely dirty mat in the unit, no WiFi given upon arrival, lights weren't working, own login details required to access the TV, and the air conditioner did not work. No toilet paper, no soap. The only things that worked were the gate remote and hot water in the unit. I've been to many units booked through the website all over the country, but this one was probably the worst. Absolutely not impressed!
