Both rooms are equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The living area has an air conditioner.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an electric vegetable peeler, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or at the braai area on the patio. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available for guests to use.

Guests can relax in the lounge that has a TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi access is available. A DStv dish has been installed and guests can bring their own decoder. The living area opens onto a spacious undercover stoep with a built-in braai area, and a partial sea view. Parking is provided in front of the unit.

Guests can relax on the beach, watch the whales in season, or do some bird watching at the Rocherpan Nature Reserve, which comes to life when the wildflowers bloom in spring.
