Thank you for taking the time to review us, Agnes. I assume the value for money and customer service lower rating is due to not being allowed visitors for a get-together, which we clearly express in our house rules as not allowed. We are always transparent with all our guests in order to provide the best possible experience with an offering of uncompromising standards, hence house rules. We did clearly post this on the website under 'house rules' which you agreed to on booking, as well as on all website correspondence and also on all our direct communication, hence our surprise at check-in requesting non-paying guests to access the unit for a get-together.
