The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and a drinks fridge. This home offers a private study nook for catching up on work, with Wi-Fi available for convenience. The house is equipped with water tanks if needed and includes access to a private library with plenty of reading material, as well as a chest freezer. Outdoor features include a covered braai area with a patio set for up to eight guests, a pool, and a double carport with ample parking. Security is ensured with an alarm system, CCTV, and an electric gate. A set of indoor stairs connects the main house to the flat. Additionally, a canoe is available for private use, allowing guests to row in the lagoon right in front of the house.
