Initially, we got terribly lost, but apart from that - what a delight and gem! Quite enjoyable, with easy access to restaurants, shops and a safe, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean flat - with all the necessities and more - clearly lots of thought given to the visitors' stay and comfort. The warm towel railing, the large screen TV, aircon, orthopedic bed and pillows - beautiful views - gorgeous shower and plush fittings, room scents and teas and coffees, privacy and in the city yet cocooned from the city - will definitely return - and absolute value for money. The host tried to respond when contacted and provided info as best they could and within time frames that were possible - questions and queries were attended to with grace, professionalism and courtesy.

Just make the best of it. The place is beautiful, but for the type of finish, the cleanliness and maintenance is shocking. The host is unprofessional. The parking information is misleading. It was drama to get a code for the door. We were not able to get any help for the so-called safe parking and the car just had to stand in the street.

Maak maar die beste van die saak. Die plek is pragtig, maar vir die tipe afwerking is die netheid en instandhouding skokkend. Die gasheer is onprofessioneel. Die parkeringinligting is misleidend. Dit was drama om 'n kode vir die deur te kry. Ons was nie in staat om enige hulp te kry vir die sogenaamde veilige parkering nie en die motor moes maar in die straat staan.
