Breakage Deposit

House Rules

For security and verification purposes, all guests are required to present a valid ID or passport at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors accompanying them.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Guests are advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
