Description

9 Coral Reef is a spacious 3-bedroom home offering everything needed for a Garden Route getaway for 8 guests. Each room and the large covered deck provide fantastic views of the sea, Myoli Beach, the Outeniqua Mountains, and Gericke’s Point, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the splendour of the Garden Route in Sedgefield.

There is a guest toilet, and the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. Bedding is supplied, but guests should bring towels.

The top, entry-level features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a large scullery. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery. Folding doors in the lounge open onto the deck, creating a spacious living area ideal for summer days. The lounge also includes a smart TV and an indoor braai, while the built-in braai on the deck is available for use in all weather. Downstairs is a large lounge with a table tennis table, bats, and a net supplied. House servicing during the stay can be arranged at an additional cost. The garden is fully fenced, providing a safe area for children and pets.

The nearest beach access is a 500 m walk, offering kilometres of almost deserted sandy beach even during peak holidays. A nearby lagoon provides safer paddling and swimming for smaller children. The town of Sedgefield is a short drive away and offers food, laundry services, doctors, a pharmacy, bottle stores, and restaurants, while Knysna is within easy driving distance for a wider variety of amenities.
