We had a pleasant stay. Pros: Spectacular views over the golf course and ocean. Great entertainment and braai area. Close proximity to Fernkloof Nature Reserve and hiking trails. Pool table. Heated swimming pool. Any issues raised with the agent were promptly responded to and rectified. Cons: Downstairs flatlet has damp issues and smells. DSTV only on lounge TV. Bathrooms need updating. Kitchen pots and appliances need updating. Driveway gate needs to be automated.

Way too expensive for the state of the house. Great view, that's about it. Great location, but the house is very, very tired. Dishwasher not working and rubber broken, very, very old. Sliding doors and sliding window locks are very, very hard to open and some are not working. Main gate not working and slides open when you leave. Pool pump broken and so the pool went green after 1 day. Drawers where cutlery is kept were disgusting, foil used as a liner underneath cutlery. Fountain at the main door is an eco disaster, mould growing in it is disgusting. No frying pan to use for eggs etc., so had to use a pot. Limited knives and forks. Locks not working, so baboon threat is a reality. Cushions for outside deck chairs are way too thin for very, very hard and heavy tan chairs.
