A bird viewer’s paradise – Manitoka is a cosy self-catering holiday home in the coastal town of Arniston in the Overberg. This beautifully appointed property offers the perfect escape for a memorable holiday with family and friends.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to a separate bathroom, fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The semi-open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 6-seater table, which flows effortlessly into the lounge. The lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Step outside onto the patio, which features an outdoor dining area and braai facilities, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals. The property offers off-street parking in the driveway. Its central location provides easy access to the beach, and guests can enjoy a short hiking trip to explore the lighthouse and nearby caves. A small variety of restaurants and a convenience store are within easy reach of the property; however, guests are advised to purchase all groceries in Bredasdorp before heading to Arniston.
