Description

A Heavenly View comprises 3 self-catering apartments, namely, A Heavenly View 1, 2, and 3, which are centrally located for all sightseeing.

A Heavenly View 1 has 2 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a living and dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a real fireplace, and two double sofa beds in the living room. A Heavenly View 2 has 1 double bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with an overhead shower. A Heavenly View 3 has 1 queen-size bed, bathroom with Victorian bathtub and overhead/handheld showers, and cooking facilities including fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and press, microwave, and mini oven with two hotplates. Please note that À Heavenly View 3 does not have a fully fitted kitchen, and the sink is in the bathroom. Guests choose to book à Heavenly View 2 if they want à fully fitted kitchen with a sink.

Each unit has its own toilet; A Heavenly View 1 has two toilets.

Unit 1 kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, coffee press, and kettle. Each apartment features a smart TV with a new TV box offering the latest movies, TV series, foreign channels, sports channels, YouTube, Netflix, and Disney movies. Unit 1 includes a dining table for six guests.
Outside Unit 1, there is a pool deck with ocean views, a garden, and a swimming pool. A brick-built braai with ocean views is available for all guests. The outdoor area is within a secure, enclosed property.

Units 2 and 3 are located at the back of the property, sharing a courtyard with mountain views. Each apartment has a table with six chairs in the courtyard. They are a short flight of stairs from the garden and pool area. Both units offer a central location within walking distance of the beach, trendy restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and liquor stores. The area also features cafés, bakeries, and is popular for surfing. Apartments are serviced every few days, with cleaning included in the price.

A security guard is stationed in a hut directly outside my house from 18:00 to 06:00. During the day, security is provided by the magistrates’ court guard nearby, and the police station is next door. Additionally, a security camera overlooks the front of the house, ensuring a very safe environment.

The garden features 2 6-seater tables for guests to enjoy al fresco meals, and there are four cushioned lounger beds with towels provided for relaxing by the pool, creating a beach-like atmosphere.

Please note the property is not suitable for guests with mobility problems, as to have such a magnificent view, it means there are quite a few steps, especially to the 2 smaller apartments, À Heavenly View 2 and 3.
