Aloe Ridge Luxury Villa Eden Rock Luxury Estate is a stunning self-catering villa with modern features located in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. It is ideal for guests looking for a comfortable break in this seaside town from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This double-storey villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third contains a queen-size bed. Guests share the second bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. DSTV (Essential packages), Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
This living area has stacking doors that open up onto a patio with outdoor seating, sunbeds, braai facilities, and a sparkling swimming pool (not fenced) where guests can cool off while fully admiring the views and a Jacuzzi. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property behind a remote-controlled gate. The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within proximity to the beach and restaurants.
An inverter and JoJo tanks are available for load shedding and water shortages. Serviced, except on public holidays and Sundays.
