Aloha House 7 offers an unforgettable beachfront escape in Mamoli, Mozambique. The home is furnished with handmade simibiri wood pieces, crafted and hand-painted by a local artisan, giving the property an authentic, luxurious Mozambican feel. Shared areas provide comfortable spots to dine and unwind, with a staff member on hand to assist. Just meters from the house lies the pristine Ponta Mamoli beach and the inviting Indian Ocean.

Located a 40-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border along a sandy 4x4 route, Aloha Estate is ideal for those seeking a luxury home on a remote beach. House number 7 is positioned in the beachfront row and features a private wooden walkway elevated above the dune vegetation, leading from the rim flow swimming pool directly onto the beach. A private freshwater shower allows guests to rinse off after a day in the ocean. Free Starlink Wi-Fi is available, with Netflix for streaming; DStv is not provided.

The house comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms and a separate open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area overlooking the pool and ocean. The architectural layout ensures that the bedrooms are privately situated from one another. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and bath towels are provided, though guests should bring their own beach towels. The property accommodates up to 18 guests.

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a queen-size bed and a single bed, both sea-facing. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each contain a queen-size bed and a single bed, and Bedroom 5 features 5 single beds, four of which can be converted to king-size beds, while one single bed has a pull-out single. The en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and hand basin. A guest bathroom off the living area is also fitted with a shower, toilet, and hand basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stand-up fridge/freezer and a French door fridge-freezer, a five-plate gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and a four-cup coffee plunger. Ample pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, Tupperware, and baking utensils are provided to cater comfortably for 18 guests.

Guests can relax under the private furnished gazebo or on sun loungers by the pool. A built-in braai with a stainless steel grid is available; guests are required to bring their own charcoal and firelighters. For those needing to work remotely, free Wi-Fi is available, though connectivity may be intermittent due to the remote location.

The surrounding area offers a range of activities. Frederico’s snorkelling spot is a 10-minute walk along the beach, while the Malongane Campsite Dive Centre, 15 minutes away by car, offers dive gear hire. Deep-sea fishing charters, dolphin swimming experiences, and seasonal turtle, whale, and dolphin sightings provide natural attractions year-round. Elephant Game Park is located 20 km northwest of the property.

Guests can also explore local dining options, with a few Portuguese-style restaurants a short drive away in Ponta Malongane, and a variety of shops and markets in Ponta Do Ouro offering groceries, fresh produce, craft items, and sporting equipment. Bags of ice are available in Ponta Malongane or along Zitundu Road for guests to stock up on arrival.
