Not pleasant. The room was clean but basic. The restaurant was not pleasant, the food was not tasty, and they used old chicken for sandwiches (actually no sandwich, just the chicken mayo in a bowl). The staff were not exceptionally friendly and not well trained. Breakfast (buffet) is poor, instant coffee, only Cremora, and we had to ask for milk, no fruit, limited yoghurt, only sliced bread, no toaster. They wanted to charge us double - they gave us a bill for accommodation although this was fully paid prior to our visit.
