Relaxing. The venue was easy to find. Upon arrival, Llewellyn was very helpful with explaining available activities and places to eat. The room was clean and stunning. Everything was on point.

Lacked customer service. The geyser was switched on late, resulting in a cold shower for my wife. Other guests had to wait before hot water was available. This was annoying as we travelled on motorbikes and a hot shower was all we wanted after a long day.

Hello Thank you for your review. All our geysers are on timers, so there will be sufficient hot water available during your stay. Your stay started at 14:00, and departure is at 10:00 in the morning the next day. However, you arrived at our property at 10:30 demanding to check in. We told you as owners that this was not possible; however, you were persistent. My husband Llewelyn assisted you and told you that we would do a special request for an early check-in. Our geysers were not on at 10:30 in the morning upon your arrival. This was very clear: our check-in time is at 14:00 and everything will then be available. I'm a bit saddened about this review as we went the extra mile to offer nearly 4 hours of earlier check-in. We wish you all the best. Owners
