Only solar power is available; no personal appliances like hair dryers or fans are allowed.
Cleaning services are available at extra cost.
Wood, ice, and some essentials are provided; the nearest shop is 18km away.
Catch and release only; keep fishing areas tidy.
Ensure fires are properly extinguished; use designated braai areas only.
Owners/staff are not liable for injury, damage, or theft.
Keep the gate closed at all times.
No smoking indoors.
Use water sparingly.
No loud music after 21:00.
No pets allowed.
Respect the property and do not alter or remove fixtures/furniture without authorisation.
Keep grounds clean; no littering, no glass bottles in the river and no damage to plants or trees.
