Annandale Country Estate is a peaceful retreat set on 14 hectares of historic farmland next to Michaelhouse School, with lovely views over the Balgowan Valley. Located in Howick, this boutique estate offers a quiet country escape from busy city life.

The spacious family home can accommodate 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms each have a king-size bed that can be changed to twin beds on request, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with a large gas stove, fridge, cutlery and crockery, an open-plan living area with a cosy fireplace, and stack doors that open onto a sunny verandah, perfect for outdoor dining and using the braai facilities.

Guests have access to free secure parking and solar backup power during load-shedding. The estate is conveniently close to shops and popular Midlands attractions and serves as a great base for day trips to the Maloti-Drakensberg Park.
