Lovely with stunning views. Awesome. We had a lovely stay at the guest house. The room was perfect with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely book again in the future. Loved the breakfast.

Horrible experience. The manager was not available - the single beds that were requested to be placed in the rooms were not done. They were not co-operative regarding the parking of the trailer for the guys that were booked into the place. They were rude to the men. The guys did not sleep over and rather left due to the bad service received.

However, after reviewing the details of your reservation, we would like to clarify a few points. Your booking was made for our last available rooms—two Standard Double Rooms—on the same afternoon that your staff arrived. While we strive to accommodate all our guests’ preferences, there were no requests for specific bed configurations or additional amenities. All of our rooms are equipped with queen-sized double beds. Upon check-in, only one of your colleagues arrived initially, mentioning that the other three would join him later. At that time, no request was made for extra beds, and we assumed the guests would be couples sharing the rooms. When the other three arrived later, they used both rooms and stayed for the night, departing early the next morning. We would also like to assure you that there is always a manager and staff on duty at Aquamarine Guest House, though the owners do not reside on the premises. We are committed to providing excellent service and are disappointed that your review does not reflect the level of assistance our team would have provided had we been made aware of any additional requirements before 8 p.m. Please know that if any special requests had been communicated earlier, such as an extra bed or sleeper couch, our friendly team would have been happy to assist. Highly recommend Aquamarine Guest House. Their customer service is second to none. The guest house quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. We are completely impressed with their professionalism and guest service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. It is just the best stay over you can experience in Mossel Bay.
