Asbos Skerm Guesthouse is an off-the-grid guest house nestled on a picturesque farm along the R355 between Springbok and Kleinzee, offering breathtaking views of the panoramic Spektakel Pass and the surrounding Schaap River Canyon.

This quaint homestead comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has a separate bathroom with a bath.

Guests have access to a communal kitchen that is equipped with a gas-operated fridge, and a coal stove as well as a gas stove, and it features a dining table where meals can be enjoyed. The shared lounge offers a comfortable seating area where guests can unwind.

Outside the house, guests will find a lovely braai area. The property operates off-the-grid using a combination of solar panels, gas, and coals. Between the months of August and October, visitors can enjoy the annual seasonal wildflowers in full bloom. There are also hiking trails for guests to explore.
