Description

Under the slopes of the Arangieskop mountain in Robertson, about 10 minutes from the town on a dirt road, Asch House is a 1890s farmhouse, lovingly restored and extended to create various spaces to relax, cook, unwind and dine. This is the perfect option for a large family or group of friends, as this property is spoiled with peace and tranquillity.

Guests can book the Manor House for 4 guests or add the Garden Cottage for an additional 4 guests. In the Manor House, both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom has an en suite, and the second bedroom makes use of a large shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower only; however, a baby bath is available.

The Garden Cottage, which is 20 m from the Manor House, can be booked together, but never separately. It has 2 bedrooms and shares a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively. This cottage has no kitchen, but it does have a coffee station.

The main house features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This living area has a cosy lounge with a fireplace and a library, which opens to a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available, making this a great location for remote working or extending a weekend with a day on either side without compromising work responsibilities.

Additionally, there is an indoor braai room with a lounging corner, a dining table as well as a piano and guitar for those music enthusiasts. In front of the property is a long front patio with an outdoor dining table and extra seating where guests can relax with a morning coffee before starting their day. This property also has an inviting swimming pool for guests to enjoy during the hot summer months.

This property is pet-friendly, and the back garden is fenced to keep your pets safe.
