Aurum 501 is a stunning self-catering apartment with modern features located in the prestigious Bantry Bay, Cape Town. This exquisite apartment is an ideal option for family, friends or tourists wanting to explore the beautiful Mother City.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a full en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. For those people wanting to get some work done, an office space and free Wi-Fi are available.
Through the sliding doors is a covered balcony with comfortable seating which is a great spot for a sundowner while overlooking the ocean. Guests have full access to the communal swimming pool area which has sun loungers for guests to relax and cool off on those hot summer days.
