Secure and central - ideal for business or leisure. I stayed at Authentic Newlands (Unit 1) while attending a conference at the Vineyard Hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent - within walking distance to the Vineyard Hotel, Cavendish Square Mall, and various shops and restaurants.
