AVO Cottage is ideal for families and friends travelling together, for businessmen, and also for students doing research at the University of Cape Town. There are a variety of attractions in the surrounding area, such as Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, golf courses, beaches, and the Cavendish Square Shopping Centre.

The cottage has its own private entrance and comprises a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, as well as a single sleeper couch. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities and the unit is serviced three times a week. This pet-friendly unit provides full access to services to Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, Google Play and free Wi-Fi.

There is a private patio with a braai area, and secure undercover off-street parking is provided.
