Description
Situated directly on Frederico’s, renowned as the best snorkeling spot in the area, Baleia Azul 11 is a self-catering beach house offering 4 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and a loft with 2 additional single beds. The property provides private access to the beach and features a Jacuzzi, boma, bar area, and a pool.
Each bedroom is furnished with a Luxury Cloud Nine king-size bed in three of the bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be configured as a king or separated into singles. All bedrooms include a loft with 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wall fan, a safe, and a private deck with sea views. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom fitted with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a hand basin. All bedrooms and central facilities overlook the sea. The lofts are relatively small, suitable for children, and while adults can sleep in them, the ceiling height is approximately 1.5 metres, so standing upright is not possible. King-size beds in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets, while the loft beds are not.
The house offers a Jacuzzi and a built-in charcoal and wood braai, a pizza oven, a boma, a bar area, and a pool located on the main deck. The pool does not have a safety net or fence, so children who cannot swim must be supervised.
The central living area is equipped with DSTV, with a decoder and card provided, and Wi-Fi is available and can be topped up as needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, upright freezer, chest freezer, additional fridge, microwave, kettle, gas stove, oven, toaster, blender, hand mixer, air fryer, plunger, ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a pizza oven. Only the housekeeper may operate the washing machine, and guests should bring their own washing powder. A flat-bottomed cast-iron pot and a three-legged potjie pot are also provided. All cleaning materials are supplied. Water is sourced from a borehole with a filter system, though guests are advised to bring drinking water.
Baleia Azul 11 accommodates up to 16 guests. The beach directly in front of the property provides immediate access to Frederico’s snorkeling spot, making it ideal for water activities and relaxation.
