Very neat, safe and cosy. The place was neat and very safe. I will definitely go back for another stay. My son enjoyed the entertainment area. The beach is close by.

Beautiful. It was beautiful. Just disappointed with some of the guests and their behaviour. Drinking alcohol at the pool and being rude to other guests. I think the security should allow drinking at their own places instead of drinking at the play areas, as my kids are never exposed to that behaviour. But overall, a very beautiful, serene place.

I am sorry you had a disappointing experience at the pool area. I will mention it to the Body Corporate. I am just disappointed that you gave a rating of 2 out of 5 for cleanliness as I myself had cleaned the unit before your arrival and all of my other reviews on other platforms, guests are thanking me for exactly the same unit for being clean and neat and to their expectations. So I honestly hope your review was not in connection with the unit itself and you were referring to the incident at the pool.

Relaxing and peaceful. Relaxing and peaceful, the only thing that would make the stay perfect is a view of the ocean. But otherwise, it was awesome.

I am sorry if the power was off during your stay, but the problem was Eskom's and the whole resort's power was also off. If there is no power, there will also be no lights and no WiFi. It is a self-catering unit and advertised as a self-catering unit, meaning you are responsible for cleaning the unit. Cleaning services are available but at an extra cost of R360 per day.
