Located in Baronetcy Estate in Plattekloof, Baronetcy Kings Villa is an upmarket luxury villa that perfectly overlooks the beautiful Mother City with the iconic Table Mountain in the background. This modernised villa sets a peaceful and tranquil setting for the whole family with the neighbouring Tygerberg Nature Reserve and popular wine farms nearby.
This gorgeous double-storey property can accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main suite spoils with a gas fireplace and a TV and opens up onto a private balcony overlooking the city. It is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. There are another 2 bedrooms that are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The remaining bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The expansive open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together while overlooking Table Mountain. This dining area leads to the front foyer which contains a central piano and a drinks station.
Down the 3 steps, there is a lounge area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. For those wanting to get some work done, uncapped Wi-Fi and a study desk are available. Adjacent to the lounge, there is an entertainment room with a bar, lounging space and an indoor wooden platform with a Jacuzzi. Through the stacking doors, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai that leads directly to a sparkling swimming pool with sun loungers. Additionally, there is a lawn space with an outdoor smoker.
