Bestuis Cottages is centrally located in the Boland, between Stellenbosch and Paarl on a working fruit farm, Bestuis Farm. It is located 15 km from Stellenbosch and Paarl as well as 30 km from Franschhoek, 35 km from the Cape Town International airport, and 45 km from the renowned V&A Waterfront.

There are 4 units that offer a view of the dam. The fifth unit (Die Leeu) is in the middle of the farm and doesn't have a view of the dam. It has an enclosed garden with a view of the mountains.

Die Walvis comprises 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a bunk bed and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

Die Luiperd and Die Otter are one bedroom units and each comprises a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The king-size bed can, on request, be changed to 2 single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.

Die Vis comprises 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds and guests in this bedroom use a guest bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

Die Leeu comprises 3 bedrooms, a spare room, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and an open-plan kitchen and a dining area. Each of the 3 larger bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom (spare room) is furnished with 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, basin and shower. This cottage offers views of the mountains and has a private garden.

This property is ideal for guests who long for the peace and quiet of a farm, but who also want to stay close enough to numerous attractions in the Boland. This property has various amenities on offer, which include, walking in the orchard, riding a mountain bike from farm to farm, and catching fish in the pond.
