Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Please note that guests are not allowed to braai inside any unit at Big Bay Beach Club until further notice.

Please note, sections of the apartment are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Guests are required to follow the complex rules:
No noise is allowed after 21:00.
Please note that only the number of guests booked are allowed to make use of the premises. No visitors are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit, only in the braai area.
A refundable cash remote deposit is requested on arrival and will be refunded at the end of the guest's stay.
Please note that guests will be held accountable for paying fines that the body corporate have issued due to guests not adhering to the rules.
