Most spectacular view. What a beautiful setting, the most amazing view. We also had a windstill day in August, which was so perfect, and will definitely go there again. It was just a little bit hard with one-year-old twins because the kitchen doesn't have closed cabinets, so we had to pack everything up high. But that's my bad; I didn't notice when booking. However, that really isn't a problem. It was such a nice weekend, and our parents enjoyed it so much!

A truly special place and incredible stay. We had an incredible time, the lodge was amazing and the location breathtaking. Our only challenge was the hot tub and getting it warm. I think the tub might be too deep and the volume of water too much for the heating to be effective.

Baie lekker en privaat, ons was glad nie bewus van enige ander mense nie. Die lodge was skoon en netjies. Hulle het ons vroeg gekontak om aankomstyd te bevestig en aangebied om die bad en kaggel se vuur aan te steek. Met aankoms was die lodge lekker warm en die water amper op temperatuur.

Great stayover to relax. Not having to waste time going through check-in/out was fantastic. The lodge was beautiful. It was spacious and had everything a person needs for a relaxing holiday. Being able to walk amongst the lovely fynbos was a privilege. Wallowing in the Kolkol heated plunge pool, sipping a wee libation and looking out over the veld into the distance can only be relaxing.
