Boulders 310 is a spacious self-catering apartment for 4 people on the beachfront in Ballito.

Located on the third floor, the apartment is accessed by an elevator and has lovely sea views. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge that opens onto the balcony. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a bathroom with a bath, and a toilet. Guests please need to bring their own bath and beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dishwasher, and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table.

The lounge is equipped with a TV and opens onto the balcony which overlooks the complex and ocean.

Undercover parking is provided, and guests have access to the communal swimming pool and braai facilities.

Ballito offers beautiful beaches and warm waters for swimming, bodyboarding, surfing, diving, fishing, and more. Guest can explore the King Shaka Heritage Route, or visit the Ballito Lifestyle Centre and various restaurants and shopping centres.
