Description

Breaker View is a tranquil studio apartment with a 180° ocean view, 350 m away from the beach, located next to a green belt in Dana Bay Conservancy and has a private entrance via stairs leading down the side of the property, and a second set of stairs leading up to the unit. It may not be suitable for guests with walking impairments/disabilities or small children, however, there are no steps/stairs inside the unit. Guests can enjoy regular sightings of small antelopes and birds as the property is in a nature conservation area.

During loadshedding, the Wi-Fi, TV and lights will be working. Other appliances are unavailable for use during loadshedding.

The unit has an open-plan layout and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The bedroom area contains a double and one single bed. The in-suite is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bath towels are provided. Towels for beach/swimming are not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with chairs. Additional facilities include a hairdryer and fan. There is a lounge area that contains seating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. The living area has doors opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, and a braai facility. Parking is available, but note that it is not covered.
