Ons is baie goed ontvang by ontvangs en almal was baie behulpsaam. Ons het baie lekker gebly. Daar is pragtige wandelpaaie waar jy vir mk's langs die strand af kan stap. Dis baie mooi, die plek word goed versorg en dit is baie veilig. Die swembade is mooi skoon en ons kon nie fout vind nie. Ons sal beslis weer daar gaan oorbly.

Disappointed with Our Stay – Room Mismatch and Poor Cleanliness. We booked Room 510 at The Breakers through the website, but on arrival were placed in Room 517 with no real explanation. I flagged it with reception, but unfortunately there wasn’t much interest in resolving the issue. Since the kids were tired and eager to settle, we decided to just go with it. Sadly, the room we were given was not well maintained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I did raise this with reception again, but the response was underwhelming. I’ve since come across similar complaints involving the same agent, Adam, so I don’t think this is a one-off. Just a heads-up to others booking through the platform — double-check what you’re getting, and read recent reviews to avoid surprises. It’s always a let-down when expectations don’t match reality.
