Breede River Views is the ultimate holiday retreat nestled on the water's edge of the breathtaking Breede River. With its enviable location in the heart of Witsand, this home offers uninterrupted views that will leave guests with special memories.

This property can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. This third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.

The lovely open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

This lounge opens onto a wooden deck with breathtaking views of the water and is a great spot for a morning coffee before starting the day. At the back of the home is a spacious patio with a built-in braai, sun loungers and a picnic table where guests can relax and enjoy some quality time together. Guests are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool in the complex.
