A piece of heaven on earth. What a serene and peaceful lodge surrounded by the majestic baobab trees and friendly game that come to drink water. We stayed at the Retreat guest house as a family of 12 and I would not have it any other way. The Retreat guest house was fully catered with everything needed for self-catering lodging, with beautiful modern farm furnishings and comfortable lodging. I definitely wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you to our host, who shared her details from the day the reservation was confirmed and was available and responsive to answer all questions, including recommendations of a photographer in the area, and accepting our call while trying to navigate road works/road closures en route and prompt responses when we enquired about gate times for a family arriving after 20:00, including extending checkout to sleep in a bit. Loved everything about the place and will definitely book again for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were so comfortable, everything inside and outside was clean and neat. Enjoyed the beautiful outside view! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Will book again but will stay longer this time.

Awesome, breathtaking, superb service and value for money. Beautiful lodge with great staff. The chef at the Boma was so in control of the kitchen and we were a fairly large group. Great wildlife. What a pleasant experience. Highly recommend. The only thing in rooms that could improve is coffee not available in all units and no milk or creamer.
