Wonderful! A wonderful place to stay in Greyton. Great location, walking distance to everything, with lots of space and views of the garden and mountains. The cottage has everything you need. Great communication from the host.

Location awesome, clean, safe and private. Clean, convenient and safe. Minimal contact with the owner, which is what I prefer. But Wayne is always available when needed. Privacy is great. Very cold at night, but there is a heater and lots of blankets. The birds are a bonus. Real value for money. I always try and stay here when in Greyton.

Will gladly visit again. A most comfortable and peaceful overnight stay. Accommodation well thought out, clean and well equipped.

Convenient, cosy and well priced. What a great find, so conveniently located. Wayne very kindly amended my booking when I chose the wrong dates by mistake and had already paid my deposit. The unit is very cute, has its own driveway and gate around the corner from the main house and a completely private garden. The kitchen has all the basics including a little bottle of milk in the fridge and a few biscuits in case you are starving when you arrive! The shower was super hot, which was great as it was cold, and there were 2 heaters as well as 2 hot water bottles and plenty of blankets. Lovely outside patio with the canaries (and other birds) that the place is named after coming to feed within a few metres of you. Great value for money and an all-round excellent option. Also within close walking distance of the Saturday market (it is at the end of the road).

Netjies, rustig, naby alles. Dit was baie rustig met uitsig op die berge, getjirp van verskeie soorte voëls wat kom water drink het. Lekker vuurtjie en boek lees, 'n rustige stappie op na die dorp.

Die kuier was uiters fantasties. Cottage is skoon en netjies. Die kuier by Canary Cottage is nog seker een van die beste plekke wat ek nog ooit by was in die Wes-Kaap. Ons was vriendelik ontvang, die plek is netjies, veilig en jy kan jou privaatheid geniet. Alles wat ons vooraf aangevra het, was voorsien. Wat vir ons verbasend is, is dat jy soggens deur voëls wat natuurlik in die Greyton-omgewing aanwesig is, gegroet word. Rêrig waar 'n voëlparadys. Dankie Wayne.
