We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the oven and pans—this has been flagged with our cleaning team, and we’ll ensure it’s rectified immediately. We do wish we had known during your stay, as we would have happily arranged for the team to come and resolve this for you.
Regarding the kitchen items, we’re a little surprised, as we’ve recently stocked the home with a full set of salad bowls, a knife block with various knives, a vegetable peeler, and multiple corkscrews. Our team has since confirmed these are all still in place, but we’re sorry if they weren’t easy to locate. In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay—we’re always happy to assist.
