Nestled in the picturesque Hemel en Aarde Valley of Hermanus, Casa La Vita promises an unforgettable getaway for the whole family and friends.
The spacious home can accommodate 18 guests and comprises 7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or bath, washbasin, and toilet. The 2 main bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, whilst the second and third bedrooms have double beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature a king-sized bed and a single bed, while the final bedroom has 2 bunk beds. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for intimate evenings spent with friends and family. The home boasts a variety of entertainment spaces. The basement features a TV room with a 65-inch TV and a fireplace. In addition, guests are spoiled for choice with a game room offering a pool table, table tennis, and foosball, as well as a dedicated kids' TV room complete with its own shower and toilet.
Additionally, there is an indoor bar complete with a fridge and ample seating. Outside, a furnished patio features a braai area, pizza oven, and fully equipped bar overlooking the swimming pool. Guests can also relax on the deck while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape.
