Just to clarify, the pool was not available to guests at the time of your stay and was not advertised, as it was still under construction. We’re happy to share that it’s now fully completed and ready for a refreshing swim!
The WiFi issues were due to our previous provider, but we’ve since upgraded to a faster and more reliable package. We’ve also upgraded our DStv to the full bouquet for a better entertainment experience.
Regarding the outdoor area, we don’t have grass as that’s a personal style choice, but we always keep the space neat and comfortable for our guests.
