Relaxing and peaceful. We recently stayed at Larola Terraces and it exceeded all our expectations! The unit was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this holiday unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can't wait to come back again!

Sal nooit weer soontoe gaan nie! Veiligheid van voertuig is rerig sleg. Tasse afdra na die woning was vrek moeilik.

Clarens is 'n pragtige plek. Ons het in sirkels gery om Cranford Chalets te soek en met die hulp van 'n vriendelike dame uit te vind dat die naam verander her na Larola Chalets. Daar sal 'n regstelling gedoen moet word op die internet.

Dear Cornelia. Thank you for booking with us and staying at number 38, and we are so glad that you enjoyed your time in Clarens - we are very blessed to live in such a beautiful part of SA, and love sharing it with our visitors. Note is taken of your suggestion to change the name of our unit, but I would like to point out the following for anyone who might read this review. We always send out messages to guests with a location pin of where to collect the keys and where the unit is located - these are easy to follow, and then the guests have direct contact with me. Your booking confirmation came through very late, after numerous extentions, and you had not yet read any of the messages I had sent you minutes before. From what I could gather when you called me, you were already at the unit . It was just unfortunate, that in the haste of a last minute booking, you missed all of the information that was sent to you, which would have averted you "running around in circles", and you would have had my number to call me again for assistance, which I gladly would have given. That said, I so glad that we have friendly locals who were able to point you in the right direction, and that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to seeing you back in Clarens some time in the future. Best wishes Jane
