Description
Champers is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and microwave, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. This unit (with essential amenities) has a separate entrance to the main house with braai facilities and does not share the main house amenities. Ideal for business or to visit the wine farms and tourist attractions. DSTV is available. This unit does not have access to the pool.

House Rules
The main house, "Champers with a View", will not be used as a venue out of respect for the surrounding neighbours.
No smoking inside the house except in the bar. Please refrain from leaving cigarette butts in the garden.
Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises, but we do allow medical cannabis, oils, and pills.
Respect check-in and check-out times.
Please dispose of your garbage in the trash bins provided (Monday is trash removal day-bin to be left outside the gate).
No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
Please respect the noise curfew of 22:00.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please report damages immediately.
We do allow pets, just ask if you're unsure (no bigger than a medium dog, i.e. springer or Labrador), but dont bring your pet iguana.
Any broken or lost keys will be subject to an additional
charge.
NB: During the hot summer days, if you can be so kind as to water the plants, or we can arrange for someone to do it. Please inform us of your decision. When checking out to leave the property neat and make sure to close the windows and lock the doors, and turn the lights, fans and any electronics off before leaving.
NB: Kindly be advised that the "Champers" unit has a separate entrance with its own little courtyard / Bomas (braai) and does not have access to the swimming pool.

Description
The home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children in its 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 comprises a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed with a separate entrance into a full bathroom. There is a large sleeper couch (with mattresses) for 2 available. Guests share a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, and a toilet with an extra separate guest toilet. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, an entertainment area with a bar and indoor braai, and a kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a kitchen nook, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Leading from the entertainment area is a deck with a swimming pool, a bar, and a relaxation area for guests to unwind.
