Unpleasant. I was not happy with the communication. I had to talk to many people and I had to wait a long time to be given the password for WiFi. I was checking out in the morning and was only 10 minutes behind schedule, yet the guy was knocking on the door as if I was a criminal. The place has lots of spiders, and the bathroom has no privacy; while taking a shower, someone can see you through the window.
