Clanwilliam Hills House and Flat offer comfortable accommodation situated within a secure Estate on the Clanwilliam Dam. The property offers breathtaking views of the dam and the Cederberg Mountains and is conveniently located within close proximity to the town centre.
The house accommodates up to 6 adults and features 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Every bathroom includes a shower, hand basin, and toilet, along with essential amenities such as toilet rolls, hand wash, and air freshener.
One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, extra depth, plus all bedding and towels. The second bedroom has a double bed as well as all bedding and towels. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, bedding and towels. Two bedrooms have stack doors that open up completely onto a balcony with amazing views over the Clanwilliam Dam.
The open-plan house comprises a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes for cooking, plus an island with a worktop for preparing meals and a seating area around the island. Coffee, tea, and sugar are available. The scullery has a Samsung fridge, a Samsung washing machine, as well as a Samsung dishwasher.
There is a dining area with a table and seating for comfort, and a lounge area for relaxation. Other features include a large-screen TV and air-conditioners. There is also an inverter that will keep the uncapped Wi-Fi, lights, and TV on should there be an electricity outage. Magazines are available. Guests have access to 3 carports, providing undercover parking.
The accommodation has an inverter installed to assist with the TV and lights during load shedding. The flat also features air conditioning and an enclosed stoep with roller blinds for absolute privacy.
Clanwilliam offers a diverse range of activities for visitors to enjoy, including mountain biking, fishing, hiking, 4x4 trails, wine tasting, rock and mountain climbing, and waterskiing.
