Description

Cone Cottage is a neat and comfortably furnished self-catering garden cottage situated in a quiet area in the heart of Pinelands. The property is centrally located offering easy access to major national roads, Vincent Palotti Hospital, Rondebosch Medical Centre and has a mall approximately 2 km away.

The cottage is attached to a main house but has its own private entrance. The cottage is built over 2 levels with the bedroom area upstairs, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and bathroom are downstairs on the lower level.

The upstairs bedroom area is air-conditioned and open-plan and contains a double bed, 2 single beds, and a built-in cupboard. Wi-Fi is available.

The kitchen is fitted with a 2-plate stove, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a bar fridge. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Outside there is a small patio with access to a weber kettle braai facility. Off-street parking is provided.

Guests can make use of the main house swimming pool, which is safely covered with a solid cover when not in use.
