Crystal Blue Luxury Villa Eden Rock Luxury Villa is a beautiful holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends. The property has a lovely swimming pool.
This double-storey property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. All 3 en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The bedrooms are upstairs.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv essential channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table as well as a lovely garden space with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers. Braai facilities are also available outside.
Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property. The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup inverter as well as a JoJo tank. Serviced except on Holidays and Sundays.
