Very nice accommodation, but a bit small. Our stay was very pleasant. St Helena Bay is a very peaceful albeit sleepy place.

While all our listings were updated in 2024, this one slipped through. We've since corrected it and sincerely apologize for the confusion. Regarding the welcome hamper, it was discontinued after our launch in December 2022 to allow for more flexible pricing and promotional offers—something many guests have welcomed. Your comment about lipstick on the duvet was not raised during your stay, nor supported by any photo when requested. Our laundromat—servicing us since 2022—has confirmed no record of such an issue, including over that weekend. Their statement was included in our response to booking platform and they’re happy to verify directly. To date, neither we nor booking platform have received further context from you, so we are limited in how we can respond to the remaining concerns. Thanks for a neat place with lots of extras and pleasant surprises. The detail in small things was also excellent. The places are modern, clean and user-friendly. There is up to a beach umbrella and beach towels.
