The setting is lovely on a working farm. Hosts were kind, and breakfasts were amazing. Peaceful and beautiful. Great walks and a very cosy cottage.

Die stil en rustigheid van die plaas is perfek om weg te kom van die stadslewe. Die verblyf was perfek vir my, op 'n plaas, stil en rustig. Die diens was fantasties, sal vir seker weer soontoe gaan.

Quiet, relaxing, stress-free. I was looking for a quiet space to work on my novel, and this fit the bill. Ilona and Claus were lovely and saw to my needs (even providing a table and chair for me to write, instead of the coffee table and armchair provided). Be warned: you will be using your phone data for any internet usage. The dogs and Stompie, the elderly cow, were my only distractions (and the roosters doing hilarious, regular crow-offs!). A lovely, charming, relaxed location. And I left with several of Ilona's preserves, jams, and a fresh loaf of bread .

Ons het die stilte geniet en die tuisgemaakte plaasontbyt was 'n hoogtepunt. Rustige plaasatmosfeer gekombineer met plattelandse gasvryheid.

Peaceful, homely stay. We had a wonderful stay! Ilona and Klaus are the perfect hosts. We loved hearing about how they built the cottage and their house themselves. Fascinating couple. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the homemade yoghurt, bread, butter and jam.

Absolutely perfect for us. Lovely and quiet and friendly. We wanted peace and quiet, and we were not disappointed. The German hostess is wonderful, and she produced a splendid farm breakfast (with their own eggs and yoghurt and honey and more).

A peaceful stay with friendly hosts and a great breakfast. The accommodation was neat and tidy. A short distance outside of Napier which meant that it was very quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed the generous breakfast in the morning - with honey from the farm. The hosts were super friendly and very informative. Will definitely be back.
