De Branders Woonstel No 58 is a spacious beachfront apartment for up to 5 people, and has a lovely 180-degree view of the ocean.
Situated on the third floor, the double-storey apartment can be accessed by stairs and an elevator. Opening onto a stoep with a sea view, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and make use of a second bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. One set of bedding and a guest towel is provided; guests please need to bring their own beach, and bath towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove and oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as the necessary cooking utensils. A dishwasher, as well as a tumble-dryer, are also available for use.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv, and the living area opens onto a covered stoep with a built-in braai area and lovely sea views.
The complex offers communal braai facilities, a children’s and adult swimming pool, as well as laundry facilities with washing machines and tumble-dryers. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle, as well as parking for a trailer, is available. The complex also has 24-hour security, and access control. No Matric or student bookings are accepted, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
De Branders Woonstel No 58 is situated 500 m from the Hartenbos Seefront and Pretpark, and 600 m from the ATKV amphitheatre.
