264 De Hollandsche Molen is a modern, comfortable, privately owned house situated in the rustic resort, De Hollandsche Molen, close to Franshhoek and Paarl.

This air-conditioned house can accommodate 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one of them includes a washbasin and toilet. Guests share an additional bathroom, which is fitted with a shower over the bath, a washbasin, and a toilet. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is adjacent to the house outside but offers the same comfort and amenities.

The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery. A 6-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, 2 Smart TVs which allow guests to stream their own apps, and free Wi-Fi facilities. There are also a few board games.

Outside, guests have access to additional outdoor seating as well as a braai (barbecue) area, ideal for sundowners.

Secure parking is available on the premises for 2 small cars or 1 large car; additional parking may be arranged before arrival with the host.
