de Oude Meul Guest House was established in 1996 and is located in the centre of the historic town of Stellenbosch, conveniently situated within walking distance to restaurants, galleries, Stellenbosch University campus, and Coetzenburg Stadium.

The guest house offers 3 air-conditioned rooms, as well as a private coffee shop. Guests have access to free parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. Each room is tastefully decorated, has an en-suite bathroom, and is equipped with a TV with Openview, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

A complimentary breakfast is served every day in the guest house coffee shop which is situated downstairs. Guests also have the option of renting a bike to visit historic areas and monuments situated nearby. The wine route is easily accessible, and the guest house staff are happy to book wine tours, day activities, and transportation on request.
